Usage Analytics
View your team's usage at a glance
View your team's usage at a glance on the "Usage" page. Access it from the "Usage" tab on the team screen.
What You Can Do on This Page
- Check your current plan and usage status
- View message count, agent count, and member count
- Display usage graphs by period
- View usage breakdown by agent
- Review messages with ratings (Good/Bad)
- Check AI agent effectiveness (ROI)

Current Plan
- Your current plan name is displayed
- Click "View Plans" to go to the plan settings page
Message Count
- Monthly Messages: Shows messages used this month and your limit
- Monthly message count resets on the 1st of each month (viewable in tooltip)
- Messages from Test Playground, widget, and LINE integration are all counted
- Total Messages: Shows total messages since registration and your limit
- "Limit Reached" is displayed when you reach your limit
When Limits Are Reached
When your monthly message limit is reached, agents cannot respond to new messages. If you exceed the limit, please upgrade your plan or wait for next month's reset.
Agent Count
- Active Agents: Shows the number of currently running agents and your limit
- "Limit Reached" is displayed when you reach your limit
Member Count
- Team Members: Shows the current number of team members and your limit
- "Limit Reached" is displayed when you reach your limit
Daily Message Usage History
- View message counts for the selected period in a graph
- Date range filters available (this week, this month, last 7 days, last 14 days, last 30 days, etc.)
- Check the total message count for the period in the legend
- Use the agent filter to display data for specific agents only
Agent Usage Summary
View usage statistics for selected agents and time periods in a table.

| 👍 Good | Number of responses rated "Good" by users |
| 👎 Bad | Number of responses rated "Bad" by users |
| Inquiries | Number of contact form submissions |
Agents are sorted by message count in descending order.
Messages with Ratings
Review messages that users rated as "Good" or "Bad".
- Filter by date range and target agents
- Displays the date, rating (Good/Bad), agent name, and message content in a list
- Sorted from newest to oldest
Agent Filter
If you have multiple agents, you can display data for specific agents only.
- Selecting agents filters the graph, agent usage summary, and rated messages
- Select "All agents" to remove the filter
- If no agents are selected, no data will be displayed
ROI (Return on Investment)
View the effectiveness of your AI agent:
- Total Conversations: Number of chat sessions in the period
- Time Saved: Time saved due to agent handling (minutes or hours)
- Cost Savings: Estimated savings in labor costs (approximate)
