Team Creation and Management
Team features for managing agents with multiple people
Use team features to manage agents with multiple people. A team is automatically created when you register an account.
Team Concept
A single team can have multiple agents and multiple members.
Team Settings
Access Team Settings from the "Settings" tab on the team screen. From the sidebar, you can select "General", "Members", "Plan", or "Billing".
General
- Team Name: Set or change the team's display name (owner only)
- Team ID: A unique identifier for the team, used when contacting support (can be copied)
Members
View a list of team members and invite or remove members.
Viewing the Member List
- View all members in the "Members" tab
- Member name, email address, and join date are displayed
- Current member count and maximum count are shown (e.g., 2/5)
- Pending invitations are also displayed (with expiration date)
Note: Currently, all members have the same permissions.
Inviting Members
- Click the "Invite members" button
- Enter the email address you want to invite
- An invitation email will be sent
- When the member clicks the link in the invitation email, they can join the team
Revoking Invitations
For pending invitations, you can select "Revoke invite" from the menu (...).
Removing Members
- Team members can remove other members from the team
- Select "Remove" from the menu (...)
