Create Your First Agent

Quick start guide to set up an agent and embed it on your site in the shortest time

This quick start explains the flow from setting up an agent to embedding it on your site in the shortest time.

Prerequisites

  • Account Creation: Enter your email address to sign up, then check your email for verification
  • Site URL: Prepare one URL for the target site to use during initial creation
  • (Optional) Additional Knowledge: PDF/image/Word materials, FAQ drafts (for additional registration)

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Create an Agent (Register Site URL)

Create a new agent in the dashboard, register the agent name and target site URL (base knowledge intake during initial creation).

2. Optionally Register Additional Knowledge (Training Data)

  • Q&A: Directly register frequently asked questions and answers (add text here)
  • Files: Upload PDF/images/Word documents

3. Wait for Processing

After upload/registration, learning may take from several tens of seconds to a few minutes to reflect.

4. Test in Test Playground

Once generation is complete, you can test the agent's responses in Test Playground. Test with expected questions and verify that answers and page links are appropriate.

5. Enhance Knowledge

  • If answers are insufficient, register files (PDF/Word/images) or additional Q&A to retrain
  • Adjust welcome messages and suggested questions in "Widget Integration" > "Content"

6. Embed the Widget on Your Site

  1. Get the script from "Widget Integration" > "Embed" and place it on your site
  2. Refresh the page and check that the widget appears
