Contact Form Settings

Configure the contact form to collect inquiries from chat via email

Configure the contact form feature to collect inquiries from chat via email. Users can access a contact form when they want to reach out directly.

Setting the Contact Email Address

  1. Go to "Agent Settings" > "Basic Settings" > "Contact Email Address"
  2. Save the settings

Enabling the Contact Feature

  1. In "Widget Integration" > "Content" tab, turn on "Enable Form" under "Contact Feature"
  2. Once enabled, the form will appear when the AI suggests contacting support

Field Visibility Settings

You can customize which fields appear in the contact form.

  1. Go to "Widget Integration" > "Content" tab and find the "Contact Feature" section
  2. Configure the visibility of the following fields:
    • Show company name field: When enabled, displays a company name input field (Default: On)
    • Show phone number field: When enabled, displays a phone number input field (Default: On)

Note: Name and email address are required fields and are always displayed.

How It Works

  • When the AI's response includes a contact suggestion, the form is displayed
  • When a user fills out and submits the form, an email is sent to the configured contact email address

Notes

  • The contact feature cannot be enabled without setting a contact email address
  • If you don't receive notification emails, please check your spam folder
