Agent Settings
Manage agent-specific basic information, operational status, and contact details
Manage agent-specific basic information, operational status, and contact details on the "Agent Settings" page. From the sidebar, you can select "General Settings", "Plan", or "LINE Integration".
General Settings
Agent Name
The name displayed on the chat screen. Usually includes the facility or service name.
Agent Status
- Manage the agent's operational status
- Current status (Active/Paused) is displayed
- Toggle between Active/Paused using the switch
- When paused, the chat widget is unavailable
Facility Information
Set basic information about the facility the agent will guide users about.
- Facility Description: Description of the facility
- Phone Number: Facility phone number
- Address: Facility address
- Website URL: Facility website URL
- Contact URL: Contact page URL
- Booking URL: Reservation page URL
Contact Email Address
When visitors click the "Contact Us" button in the chat widget, their message will be sent to this email address. If not set, the contact button will not be displayed.
Agent ID
A unique identifier for the agent, used when contacting support. Click the "Copy" button to copy the Agent ID.
Click "Save" after making changes to apply them.
Plan
- View your current plan and switch between monthly/annual billing, or upgrade/downgrade
- Plan changes are processed either through checkout or instant change (depending on the operation)

Agent List
On the "Agents" tab of the team screen, you can view and manage all agents in your team.
Viewing the Agent List
- Agents are displayed in card format
- Each card contains the following information:
- Agent Name: Click to go to that agent's detail page
- Category: Facility type (accommodation, restaurant, etc.)
- Status: Active/Paused/Preparing/Error
Understanding Status
- Active (Green): Chat is working normally
- Paused (Gray): Agent is stopped
- Preparing (Yellow/Blue): Deep Research is in progress
- Error (Red): Processing failed
Creating a New Agent
- Click the "Create New" button at the top right of the agent list page
- The agent creation wizard will start
- Refer to the "Create First Agent" page for detailed steps
Agent Operations
- Click an agent card to go to that agent's detail page (Messages)
- From the detail page, you can access Knowledge Sources, Test Run, Widget Integration, Usage, and Agent Settings
Deleting an Agent
Currently, there is no UI for deleting agents in the dashboard. If needed, please contact support.
