LINE integration is available on Suite plan and above.
Setup Steps
LINE integration requires configuration in LINE Developers Console.
1. Prepare LINE Official Account
Configure in LINE Developers Console:
- Log in to LINE Developers Console
- Create a provider and channel (Messaging API)
- Get Channel Secret and Channel Access Token from channel settings
2. Configure Credentials in NEWT Chat
Enter the following in dashboard 'LINE Settings':

| Channel Access Token | Obtained from LINE Developers Console |
3. Set Webhook URL
Copy the Webhook URL from NEWT Chat and paste it in LINE Developers Console webhook settings.
LINE Integration Features
When LINE integration is enabled:
- AI auto-reply on LINE Official Account
- Uses the same knowledge base as web widget
- Conversation logs managed centrally in dashboard
LINE and web widget share the same knowledge, so information registered once is used across both channels.
