How to register and update knowledge data that agents reference

Learn how to register and update knowledge data that agents reference. We support registration via "Q&A", "Text", and "Files".

Note: URL import as additional knowledge is not yet supported (site URL is only used during initial creation).

Q&A

Improve response accuracy by directly registering frequently asked questions and answers.

Adding Q&A

  1. Open the "Q&A" tab on the "Knowledge Sources" page
  2. Enter a question and answer in the "Add Q&A" form
  3. Click the "Add Q&A" button to save

Registered Q&A

  • View registered Q&A in a list
  • Search Q&A using the search box
  • Sort options available (newest, oldest, A-Z, Z-A)
  • Edit content using the "Edit" button on each Q&A
  • Delete using the "Delete" button

Fixing Answers for Specific Questions

When you want to always return the same answer for a specific question:

  • Register the question and answer in Q&A, and the registered answer will take priority for that question
  • While the agent references all knowledge data, content registered in Q&A has the highest priority

Text

Enter knowledge data directly in text format. This is useful for registering free-form content such as facility information, guidance, and rules.

Adding Text

  1. Open the "Text" tab on the "Knowledge Sources" page
  2. Enter a title (max 300 characters)
  3. Enter content (max 10,000 characters)
  4. Click the "Add Text" button to save

Registered Text

  • View registered text entries in a list
  • Edit content using the "Edit" button on each entry
  • Delete using the "Delete" button

Use Cases

  • Basic facility information (hours, access, pricing, etc.)
  • Service descriptions and terms of use
  • Seasonal announcements and event information
  • Staff manuals and response guidelines

Files

Upload PDF/Word/Image files to add as knowledge data.

Uploading Files

  1. Open the "Files" tab on the "Knowledge Sources" page
  2. Drag and drop files, or click "Select Files" to upload
  3. After uploading, the agent will automatically start learning

Supported File Formats

  • PDF (.pdf): Manuals, documents, brochures, etc.
  • Word (.docx): Documents, terms of service, etc.
  • Image files (.png / .jpg): Screenshots, diagrams, etc.

File Size Limit

  • Maximum 3.3MB

Uploaded Files

  • View uploaded files in a list
  • File status is displayed (Complete, Processing, Error)
  • Delete files using the "Delete" button
  • When uploading a file with the same name, you can choose to skip or replace

Notes

  • We recommend text-readable formats (avoid scanned images)
  • Verify no confidential information is included before uploading

Verification After Data Updates

After adding or updating files or Q&A:

  1. The agent automatically starts relearning
  2. Check on the "Test Run" page that added content is correctly reflected
  3. Test with expected questions to check response accuracy
