Embed code
Install the chat widget on your website or share it via URL
In the sidebar, Chat → Embed code gives you the code for installing the chat widget on your website, as well as a URL that opens the chat directly. There are two tabs: "Embed" and "URL".
Install on your website (Embed)
Copy the code from the "Embed" tab
Click "Copy" on the code shown under "Widget Setup". The code includes your agent's unique widgetId.
Paste it into your site's HTML
Paste it inside the <head> of the page where you want the chat to appear, or just before the </body> tag. To show it on every page, add it to your shared template (header/footer).
Open the page and check
Reload the page. Once the chat bubble appears at the edge of the screen, installation is complete.

If you use a CMS such as WordPress
Paste the code using your theme's setting for adding scripts to the header/footer, or a plugin for inserting scripts. You can also install it with a "Custom HTML" tag in Google Tag Manager.
Share via URL (URL)
Use the "URL" tab when you want people to open the chat from somewhere other than your website.
