Q&A

Add question-and-answer pairs so the AI answers with fixed content

In Knowledge → Q&A in the sidebar, you can add pairs of questions and answers. Q&A has the highest priority after facility information, making it the most reliable way to have the AI give a fixed answer to a specific question.

Add a Q&A

Enter a question and answer in "Create New Q&A"

  • Question: A question customers are likely to ask (e.g., Can I use the hot spring as a day visitor?)
  • Answer: A clear, accurate answer (up to 1,024 characters)

Click the "Add Q&A" button

It's saved right away and added to the top of the list.

You can also add Q&A from other pages

You can also add Q&A based on real questions using "Edit Answer" in Messages or "Add to Q&A" in Question Analytics.

Manage your Q&A

  • Search: Use "Search Q&A..." to search question and answer content.
  • Sort: Choose from "Newest", "Oldest", "A-Z", or "Z-A".
  • Edit: Click "Edit" on a Q&A to update it in place, then click "Save".
  • Delete: Click "Delete" to delete one at a time (a confirmation dialog appears).
  • Bulk delete (desktop only): Select items with the checkboxes, then choose "Delete selected items" from the menu at the top right of the list.

Bulk delete runs without a confirmation dialog and can't be undone. Double-check your selection before proceeding.

Auto-generate answer examples with AI

Right after creating an agent, the AI can create 5 example Q&A answers based on the information collected from your website.

  • Run it from "Start Generating Answer Examples", which appears after you create your first agent.
  • If you chose "Review Later" at that point, you can run it from the "Generate Q&A automatically" banner at the top of the Q&A page.

Generated answer examples are added to the Q&A list. Review them and edit as needed.

Writing tips

  • Cover only one topic per Q&A.
  • Include specific details in answers, such as prices, times, and conditions.
  • If you need to point customers to a booking page or similar, include the URL in the answer.
  • Even if the same question might be asked in different ways, one Q&A is usually enough. The AI understands the meaning and answers accordingly.
