Sample journey: Bali wellness retreat, 5 nights

Day 1

Arrival and the Ubud retreat

Private transfer from Denpasar Airport to Ubud. Check into a retreat overlooking the river valley. A welcome herbal tea and consultation to confirm your programme for the stay. Dinner at the on-site organic restaurant.

Day 2

Morning yoga and rice terrace trekking

Departure
