Purchase & inquiry
Use the online form to share the occasion, your budget, and the recipient. For corporate gifts or fully bespoke requests, your concierge will handle a brief discovery conversation. We respond within 48 hours.
Gift code issued
Once payment is confirmed, we email you a dedicated gift code and an announcement page URL. Same-day or next-business-day delivery — a digital gift in your hands instantly.
Send the gift
Pass the gift code and announcement to the recipient at the moment of your choosing. By email, by LINE, or printed for a personal hand-off — however you wish.
Travel with your concierge
The recipient uses the gift code to reach out to NEWT Bespoke. A personal concierge designs the destination, dates, and experiences together with them, and stays by their side until departure.
Note: For physical gift cards, premium packaging, or special presentation, please discuss separately with our concierge. We also accommodate bulk issuance and branded message cards for corporate gifting.

Can the gift be used for both domestic and international travel?+
Yes. Every accommodation across Japan, and travel destinations across all eight continents, are eligible. The recipient chooses the destination together with their concierge.
Is there an expiration date?+
We use one year from purchase as a guideline, but the concierge proactively follows up at the recipient's pace. In cases where circumstances make this difficult, an extension may be discussed.
How does the recipient begin?+
The recipient reaches out to NEWT Bespoke by email or phone using the gift code and dedicated URL they receive from the sender. A personal concierge then begins a one-on-one discovery process and builds an itinerary tailored to their wishes. The journey can also be managed inside the NEWT app.
What if the recipient wants a journey that costs more than the gift amount?+
The recipient or sender can pay the difference to upgrade to a higher tier. If the journey costs less, the remaining amount can be applied toward additional experiences such as dining, activities, or curated gifts on the ground.
Can corporate accounts make a purchase?+
Yes. The gift is well suited to long-service awards, gifts for business partners, and milestone gifts for executives. Invoices, receipts, and corporate billing are all supported. Please contact us for details.
