If you received a coupon code by email or message, please follow the steps below. There is no need to contact a concierge.
Three steps to begin
Download the NEWT app from the App Store or Google Play, or browse destinations, hotels, and tours at newt.net.
On the booking screen, the payment step includes a 'Coupon Code' field. Enter the code you received and the discount will be applied immediately.
Continue with your booking as usual. Pre-trip and on-trip support is available within the app.

Use the button below to open the inquiry form. Share your name, contact details, and any information you have — the invitation reference, the name of the giver, and so on.
Where you wish to go, the time you want to spend, and what you would prefer to avoid. Listening to your wishes, your concierge will design the perfect journey from hotels, restaurants, and experiences around the world.
Final confirmations before departure, on-the-ground support if anything unexpected happens, and a debrief after you return. Your concierge stays beside you all the way through.
Validity of the invitation, adding companions, or family arrangements — please feel free to share any concern, and the concierge will help.

There is no pressure to use this right away. When work and family settle down, just reach out and we will start planning together. If the deadline is on your mind, just ask.
FAQ
If your message or document mentions a 'coupon code' and includes an alphanumeric string, please follow Pattern A (coupon code). If it says 'NEWT Bespoke invitation' or 'please contact a concierge', it is Pattern B (personal invitation). When in doubt, please reach out via the inquiry form and we will help.
If a deadline is stated in the message or invitation you received, please proceed by that date. If no deadline is stated, or if circumstances make the deadline difficult, please discuss it with the concierge — we are flexible.
No, you are not obliged to follow the giver's wishes. That said, as the keepers of the giver's feelings, the concierge may share their intentions with you for reference. The final design of the journey is entirely yours.
Of course. The concierge will guide you carefully on the number of companions, the composition of the group, and any additional budget that may be needed. Family travel, multi-generation trips, and friends' groups are all welcome.
You can upgrade to a higher tier by paying the difference yourself. As a rule, we aim to keep everything within budget, but we are happy to discuss case by case.
