Yes. A dedicated travel concierge handles everything from your initial consultation through departure.

Do quoted prices change?

Quoted prices change daily depending on flight and hotel availability. Once we receive your request and confirm your payment, we begin making arrangements promptly.

What payment methods are available?

For bookings made through the travel concierge, you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

What information is required when booking?

When booking, please provide three items: your name (in Roman letters as shown on your passport), gender, and date of birth. Please also share your passport details (passport number and expiration date) by one month before departure.

Do trips booked through the travel concierge earn points?

Trips booked through the travel concierge*1 are also eligible for points on the travel fee. *1 Applies to order-made package tours (groups of 6 or fewer). Points are not granted for group travel or arranged travel. For details on the point reward rate, please see the page below.
