2. Purpose of use

• ・To process payment for tickets
• ・To provide participant information to the event organizer (Honolulu Triathlon Co., Ltd.) for use in race-day check-in and participant management
• ・To provide participant information to PIF Co., Ltd. for use in event planning and operations (check-in, on-site operations, etc.)
• ・To provide participant information to Asronia Co., Ltd. for use as the event secretariat in managing the competition
• ・To confirm application details and respond to inquiries

3. Provision to third parties

• ・Recipient ①: Honolulu Triathlon Co., Ltd. (event organizer, domestic) — for event operations
• ・Recipient ②: PIF Co., Ltd. (domestic, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / Nishi-ku, Osaka) — for event planning and operations
