Yes. Since we register each entrant's details, we ask that you apply one person at a time. For relay teams, please apply as one team (2 to 3 members).

The final entry deadline is 23:59 on Friday, April 30, 2027.

No. The pricing tier is applied automatically based on your application date. Earlier tiers offer better pricing.

The applicable period for each entry tier is shown in the price list, so please check there.

Entry fees are fixed amounts in Japanese yen, so they are not affected by exchange rates. You can consider entering with peace of mind.

Date of birth and gender are required. They are used to determine your age group and race division for the awards.

We accept credit card payments via Stripe. Please check the payment screen for supported card brands.

Payment is by one-time payment only.

Your entry is confirmed once the payment completion screen is displayed. If you closed the screen before that, the payment may not have completed. Please check your confirmation email, and contact our support desk if you haven't received one.

If you would like a receipt, please contact the Travel Concierge (https://newt.zendesk.com/hc/ja/requests/new) with the following details. - That your request is for "Honolulu Triathlon 2027" - The name to appear on the receipt - The name of the person who applied - The phone number of the person who applied * The name on the receipt cannot be left blank.

In principle, we cannot change details after payment is complete. Please review your information carefully before submitting. If you have special circumstances, please contact our support desk.

For safety management reasons, entries cannot be transferred or reassigned to another person.

Refunds are not available after entry. Even if the event is cancelled, entry fees and handling fees are non-refundable. Please check the schedule carefully before applying.

Even if the race is canceled due to an earthquake, a storm or flood, an incident, an epidemic, or similar circumstances, entry fees and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note this before applying.

There is no system for deferring your entry to a future race. We appreciate your understanding.

Relay teams consist of 2 or 3 members (a 3rd member is optional). The entry fee is the same per team regardless of the number of members.

Yes. Please contact the event organizer (https://honolulutriathlon.jp/contact) by April 30, 2027.

Eligible age varies by event (for example, the Keiki Challenge is open to ages 3 and up). Please check the details for each event. For details such as the age cutoff date, please contact the event organizer.

Your age as of December 31, 2027 is applied. For example, even if you are 35 when you enter, you will be registered as 36 if you turn 36 by December 31, 2027.

A guardian does not need to accompany the child during the race. Staff members will guide the participants.

The Keiki Challenge is a duathlon with no swim leg, so children who cannot swim can take part.

After the event, a download link will be sent to your registered email address by FinisherPix. Delivery timing may vary depending on FinisherPix's processing status.

Photos and videos are a product provided by FinisherPix. Please contact FinisherPix Customer Support (support@finisherpix.com) directly for inquiries and refunds.

Yes. NEWT's support desk is available in Japanese (support from third-party services such as FinisherPix depends on their own language availability).

It is used for your entry, product delivery, and necessary event-related communications. Please see our Privacy Policy for details. Your emergency contact is used in the event of an emergency on race day.

It is used as the point of contact on race day if something happens to the participant.

Please pick it up at the reception desk at the EXPO venue (Magic Island, Ala Moana Park) on the day before the race.

We are sorry, but pickup by proxy is not permitted. You must collect it in person at the EXPO venue on the day before the race, bringing photo ID.

Yes, your family and friends are welcome to watch the race on site.
