• The referral coupon is only available for first-time bookings.
• Points will only be awarded to the referrer when the referred person books using the referral coupon and completes the trip.
• Customers who have withdrawn from NEWT or have been restricted during the point-granting period may not be eligible for points.
• This program may be changed, suspended, or extended without prior notice.
• If fraudulent point acquisition is detected, the points may be revoked and future eligibility removed.
• The points for referrers and coupon details for referees may be changed without prior notice.
• Once registered, a referral coupon cannot be cancelled, replaced, or supplemented with another coupon.
• When posting about this program on social media, you may need to include disclosures such as 'ad', 'PR', or 'sponsored' in a prominent position.
• Failure to comply with social media disclosure rules may result in disqualification from point eligibility. This applies to past posts as well.

Can I use the referral coupon if I registered before being referred?

Yes, you can. The referral coupon is available for first-time bookings. If you're already registered but haven't made a booking yet, you're still eligible.

I've been listed as a travel companion before. Am I eligible?

If you've only been a companion and haven't booked under your own name, you're eligible for the referral coupon.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

Currently, there is no limit on the number of referrals.

Is there a minimum booking amount or discount cap for the coupon?

A

The referral coupon is available for bookings of ¥5,000 or more. The maximum discount is ¥30,000.

When will the referrer receive their points?

A

Points will be credited on the 7th of the month following the referred person's return date. *Expiry is based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Do the points expire?

NEWT Points do have an expiration date. Please check the Points Terms of Use in the NEWT app for details. *Expiry is based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Can I register a different referral coupon after already registering one?

No, only one referral coupon can be registered. Once registered, it cannot be changed, so please be careful.
